Hello! We are a local internet company located in Missoula, Montana, operated by the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization the Pacific NW Rural Broadband Alliance. Our organization operates with a focus on helping rural communities access fast and affordable broadband service that is otherwise unavailable to many Montanans’.
We’re the only Montana-based ISP that uses the cutting edge Althea technology platform that provides our customers an opportunity to directly participate in the growth and operation of our network by purchasing and hosting a relay that helps the network grow larger, faster, and more reliable. Not only does hosting a relay earn our customers revenue in real-time, but they actively help their neighbors and others in our community access fast and affordable broadband service that we all rely on in countless ways to operate in the modern world and participate in the global economy.
This unique model of direct community ownership of critical infrastructure also helps keep customer service fees inside our local economy, rather than leaving the state in the pockets of national providers that lack any investment in the continued growth and success of our community, or our state.
Compare us to other providers and we think you’ll find they just can’t compete!
